The big waterway was build beside village’s rice field by government. But waterway is far from rice field more than 4m height. They can’t use waterway’s water for height distant. Than, they can’t product rice in dry season because no water.

We will offer pouring machine for them, and they can make rice in dry season. This project can promote villages rice product.

Condition for project: Management by village, Make development model, Equity condition

1 Contract to villagers

The obligation of villagers when use machine

• They have to pay money 5000 Riel (1$ 25sent) for management foundation that want to use machine.
• They have to pay money for fuel each 1 hour (Price is depend on fuel cost)
• They have to fix machine from management foundation. (IRFF didn’t have obligation)
• The manager have obligation to note how many people use machine and how long time use. They have to show note when IRFF staff demand.
• If community leader (manager) cannot manage for sickness or something accident, he has to choice argent.

They keep machine on community leader’s house when didn’t use machine.

This machine builds by Japanese old motor and Chinese old pump. Frame and tyres made by Cambodia .Look like “Hand made”.

But the power is strong. It has 22kw. (Kind of this machine have only 17 k w generally)

(In our contract, we didn’t pay until test)
